OK.When I turn the rear washer knob thing the rear wiper don't move & the washer don't squirt. Fuse? Wiring?

is there something in the motor that knows is fluid is coming out? and where might the fuses be located cause i looked in the manual and couldnt a rear wiper or washer.

if you pull back fuse cover look on the cover itself theres a fuse list of size and what it does the itself dosnt know water is flowing its just on same power circuit
