Jus need to know if the 7AFTE requires a stage 2 clutch or would a stage 1 exedy racing clutch be enough for about 200hp? thanks

Exedy stage 1 clutches are advertised to hold 40% more torque than stock. Stock is 115hp, so 115x1.4= 161 ft/lbs of toque. Considering that most 7As run about the same amount of torque as HP when turboed, 200hp will be around 200ft/lbs of torque if not more. I would not put a 161ft/lb rated clutch on a 200ft/lb engine, unless your idea of fun is tearing your transmission out and replacing a brand new clutch that you just bought with a slightly more expensive one that you should have gotten the first time around.
