 Got a 5SFE and I want a 3SGTE Head, What do I need to do? |

I got a 96 GT with the 5SFE engine all stock except cold air intake and muffler. What do I gotta do in order to put that head on my block?? What gains can I expect and are the 3SGTE cams more aggressive than the 5SFE cams?

I only want the head swap. I don't want to have to do fuel management upgrades or anything to complex. Just something short, sweet, and effective but overall EASY!! Thanks
