Bush wants to give a tax rebate to people to keep the economy from tanking any farther. Newest estimates are $800 per person who makes less then 85k and 1600 for married people who make less then 110k.

The last time something like this happened it was also on an election year. hmmm... coincedence?
doubtful.  Bush raised the child tax credit last time from 600 to 1000. I'll take the moneyregardless of the motive though.lol -------------------- JDM guy made me do it.
