Horrible day at work, Broke a jaw and my celi Options

Ok...i work at taco bell. not a very fun job. and i was on drive thru takein orders and this weird lookin trashy guy about 18 or 19 walks in all gangsta'd out with his gf and some other friends. i went back to stockin up drive thru. about 1 minute later i ehard some commotion at teh front counter. i looked over and hes givein this new guy mike a some problems all because he could find the right button for the dudes order. I looked over and he looks at me and says sumthin. i couldnt understand him so i said what up?? and he yells you have a starin pwoblem or sumthin? i told him i wasnt staring at him and i said i was seein what u were givin him a hard time about. he proceeded to tell me how mike is to dumb to take orders. i told him that he was new and to please be patient. The guy then said well stop starwin at me before sumthin bad happens. i was about to say if u think u wanna try sumthin then do it but my manager stepped in and said that i wasnt doing anything wrong and if he has a problem he can just leave. So he said that he doesnt take orders from c***s like her. I had to step in cause that crosses the line for me. i told him to get the hell out of the store and to grow up and learn to talk right. he then yells at the employees Oh! i see ur boy gots a pwoblem with me adn he walks around the counter (which is off limits to non employees) towards me. i slammed my headset on the floor and took off my work shirt and hat. he walkes up to me with his chest puffed out and just tried to stare me down. I stared right back waiting for him to do sumthin. As this is goin on my manager is yellin for him to leave and his Gf is tellin him to let it go. He slapped me. I told him Im giving u one last chance b4 u catch a beatin leave the store now!. He then punched me in the side of my forehead. He backed up when he hit me because i glared at him with my fighting eyes. I new i would get fired if i did sumthin so i tried to stare him down and make him back down. he relaxed after hitting me and said i knew u were a b**** and spat at me and hit my neck. That was it i didnt care if i lost my job or not. i wiped the spit gave him a shove and when he went backward i just let go with a hard hook to his jaw. He didnt know that i train for MMA or UFC as people know it as so i hit him pretty damn hard. but he dropped to the ground and hit the counter on is way down of tryin to catch himself. he sat there with his knees up and his arms on top of them starin at the ground. i was grunting a little and said with a loose mouth i tink muh daw is boken. my manager called the cops and when they arrived he was still on the ground there. so in the end i still ahve my job and the cop said because he could have tried to rob the store and he attacked me adn spit in my face that it was an act of self defense. so its all good. and hour wnet by and i got sent home. I was walkin out with my friend and co-worker talkin about the fight. we were both syked up and i noticed he was parked close to me about 2 feet away. we proceeded to get into our cars. i was adjusting heat and music and thinkin about the fight...and then it hapend. out of no where he pulls out and cuts his turn to short and sideswiped my celi! good lord i was pissed. i was in my car in awe of what happed. he stoped got out and i didnt think it was gonne be too bad cause he wasnt goin fast but then i saw his face. i juimped out and looked at my celi. the headlight was smashed! and blinker was smashed! and the side was dented in the took the paint clear off to the metal! i ahve no clue how that much damage happend! he payin for the whole thing so thats good but i still ahve to drive around with a damged celi which makes me feel like people think i caused it haha which i didnt. sorry haha I just need to vent.

i might be the bad guy though
me and my friends were speedin in his gti
and then one dude while turning right says slow the **** down
and so i flick him off and go on our own
then i guess the guy had done a uturn instead and chased us in his g35
i was getting dropped off when i saw the g35 was comming
we hadnt realized the g35 was on our tail so my friend told me to get out
and he left with his gti and left me alone
so im like **** and just stand there to see if comes after me or goes after my friend
he comes after me ....and im like k time to take in a **** load of angryness
he starts cussing and flickin me off in my face(
i didnt react b/c it was my fault and so i took it in
it was then he spit out french fries he was eating all over my face...
in my head i just thought that was the lowest u can go
so i was ready to knock him out and have him and his g35 and his baby in the car just out on the street
but instead i just took it and had him yell and ask where the **** is ur house
i just started walkin and have him off my back
hes still yelling like a little bitch and finally gets back in his car and takes off
....the thing is he was a hypocrit....cuz he sped at least 50miles over speedin limit
p.s. he was like 48 years old/glasses/beer belly/no muscle
just in case u thought i was a little bitch

so what exactly should i have done here????like the dude at taco bell
my friends couldnt believe i actaully took it
they said they would of knocked him out if he spat french fries in their face

Your friend was going fast, he had a kid in the car, you instigated his road rage even worse.... he didnt do too well at keeping his possibly "fatherly" stature about..... you did the right thing by just takin it and walkin away...... doing anything would have honestly had you in the wrong cuz you started it with the finger, but he was definitely in the wrong as well for everything he did thereafter

I gotta go visit a PA Taco Bell lol.... sounds more exciting than the ones around here where all the employees just smoke pot in the lobbies
