soo... just got home this sunday from teh philippines, and i found out on the way home my basketball hoop got blown down and landed on my celicas windshield..... its all cracked and then the hoop scratched up my hood... DEEP. u can see the metal....stupid chicago weather... i was told there was like 50mph winds around xmas or soemthing thats when it happened. man i hate this... gettin a new windshield this friday, 135$ with installatiion...

A good lawyer would make this go all away. He was speeding and driving in an overly aggressive manner not allowing you to merge onto the freeway and being of great hazard to the general public. You don't feel safe merging onto highways yada yada yada yada.
Might cost a few bucks, but you might think its worth it
