Is it just something wrong wit my car or is all st's have bad traction... even with 110hp my car spins and jumps from a take off pretty badly. My clutch is stock and is still very good, i got stock tires/rims but even so it just doesnt seem to have good traction so once its turboed i dun even wana think about all the spinning it will have from take off.

personally i like to spin in first...make the car sound like its faster then what it really is..lol...plus with all the tourque i can spin all the way through first...and cherp/spin a tiny bit through second....even with the slow 1.8/st...if you know how to launch and drive your car properly you can beat older honda hatchs/crx's and **** like that...i need new tires though i have 4 different tires on all my rims and i think thats mainly the problem...suspension mods. would def. cut down on spinning and a better clutch is only gonna make you spin more caus it grabs better
