hey guys how far does this gas gauge bar go down on the E does it go passed it or only till it reaches the E because i want to test my gas mileage, If anyone knows thanks this would help!

oh boy howdy do I ever know! On my car, it goes down below E... to date I've made it probably a good 40-60 miles once the gas light actually comes on. This isn't the best thing to do for your car though, because all the sediment and stuff that sits at the bottom of the tank will go through your injectors, engine, etc.
If you want to test your gas mileage, do the following: fill it up, drive it till empty-ish, refill completely. Divide number of miles on tach by number of gallons put in on refill. Voila, that's your mileage. --------------------  |
