hello guys,
just wondering when 5sfe supposingly says it's 135hp, is it really 135 hp? and what's the difference between hp and whp? i was wondering 'cause I heard the gains from cams is 20-30 hp. so, if I had colt cams and injen sri, could i claim 160 hp. just don't wanna say I have around 160 hp and bs myself ![]() thanks -------------------- ![]() |

Do not overlook Dustin's mod's that he has to his celica at the time of the dyno.
It claims he had: hardwelded camshafts (grind 294) header, cat back exhaust Now that to me, is by no means STOCK. 135 crank HP might be found in a well maintained slightly high mileage 5SFE, but for a typically abused motor with over 100XXX one can only fathom the loss of HP. Basically, the only way you can get a real look at your HP is to dyno your car, everyone has different results, even with the same mods. |
