Okay; this may or may not have been answered in a previous post (sorry if it was) but i've been looking for an answer sense last night without any luck.
My situation here is that, i've got to replace my fuel pump. I have a tear in the diaphram it would seem. However i'm buying up some performance parts; but not installing yet. Hoping to do something more extravagant soon. So the point is that: Would a 'Walbro GSS-342' fuel pump work fine with my stock setup? Or would i have to have something set to OEM specs as not to cause damage? RJ, the flow is controlled by the fuel pressure regulator, the ecu just controls injector opening times. ![]() -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

So are you saying he could get a pump that would work for low boost application and stock? It makes sense to me as the regulator controls the pressure and the injectors control the output but I'd like to know for myself and to help him as well. -------------------- ![]() ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
