Can you put a CAI for a GT on an ST? I can't seem to find one for STs except the garbage chromeintake or whatever on eBay.

QUOTE(CelicaST94 @ Feb 7, 2008 - 5:49 PM) Can you put a CAI for a GT on an ST? I can't seem to find one for STs except the garbage chromeintake or whatever on eBay. OK, not sure what engines you have in US GT cars, but there are basically two engines: ST/SR/LTD Model code AT200, engine 7A-FE, Air filter pipe work size is 63mm (2.5") GT Model Code ST202, engine 3S-GE, Air filter pipe work size is 70mm (2.75") So, if the pipe width is the same, you have no problems. If they are different, you're better off having a CAI pipe that is narrower than the engine's inlet pipe. I hope this answers the question, or is useful in some way ![]() |
