Ive got a 96 ss2 with a 3sge and the valve cover gasket needs replacing. I have viewed a detailed post with pictures on how to do it however my engine is different. There seems to be alot more stuff on top of and around the cover. My question is how do i go about removing the intake manifold in order to remove the valve cover? or do i even have to? Some of the bolts in between where the spark plugs go are very hard to get to also, any tips on how to remove these?

Poor design by Toyota IMO. Same goes for the 3VZFE, 1MZFE, and 3MZFE. They did a much better job with the new 3.5's...
