Does anybody know what color wires are the horn wires in the steering column? Specifically the (+) that actually runs to the horn and powers it?

On http://www.toyotacelicaonline.com/stereo.htm it says "Horn (Relay)-GRN (-)AT STEERING COLUMN" if that helps any?

Also see http://www.toyotacelicas.com/forums/index....showtopic=12599 which also says for 6th gen, juice is green wire in steering column.

Maybe look for black wiring that connects from a brass ring to horn switch pads. (3rd gen though)
