I was talking to a friend about getting new wheels and tires. Right now i have the stock wheels on and im going to get 17's. Would this affect the reading of the speedomter or odometer?

above mentioned site is a mecca for many car entusiasts young and old for many years now.
Likelyhood of your speedo being affected is 100% unless you replace size for size. ie 185/60/r14 vs 205/55/15 will impact your spedometer by 3 miles per hour. its not that big of a deal. you kind of adjust to it over time and learn to keep speed - or + whatever the difference is. -------------------- Captain Pessimist
