 Who should be able to sell stuff? |

I have seen on a few motorcycle forums that i am on, that people can't just sign up to sell something. I was just wondering what other thoughts were on it? Other forums require u to be a member for so long or have a certain amount of posts. I am not saying anything is wrong with the way we have been doing it, but it may save someone from coming on just to sell some worthless junk then leaving.

sounds good...
but what if a new person is really legit and has some good stuff like GB and things? and what if someone didnt like their sn and made a new one?
