I'm looking for a 3rd gen 3sgte upper and lower oil pan because my passenger side axle came apart from the carrier bearing and beat up against my upper oil pan right were it meets the lower oil pan and took a chunk out of it. If someone could help me I would really appreciate it. Or even I'll bye the entire block. I will pay cash or I also will trade one of the two 5sfe trannys for the two oil pans.

this exact same thing happen to me..... i had like 2 reman axles and they both broke on me.. the second one put a hole in my 3rd gen 3s oil pan too... luckily i was able to have it welded but i did check out getting one from a part out over at alltrac.net
BTW i finally bought a real one from toyota... i talk to some axle ppl and it turns out the axle for our car is a bit rare and uncommon. one of the guys speculated that some of the reman will uses camry parts and thus the short shaft length causing the cv joint to break. |
