i am curious as to whether or not bolting on a 3sgte head onto my 5sfe block will work with out running a turbo on it. i want to make the 5sfe faster if possible but have done some research and discovered that nobody offers any aftermarket performance for the 5sfe. if i am able to swap the head what would i need to make it run efficently.

it'll work... but it'll NEED to be built. Look up "5SGE"... and... it's better to just swap in a 3SGE.
