It may not be the best ever but I like the wihitesnake solo where, Adrian Vandenburg plays with a bow.
I can't even recall the name of the song, but the sound it makes is just haunting.

randy rhoads : the fade of "tonight" (off diary of a madman) ...man, back when i was 15, i sat at the edge of my bed, with the classic "muffin" headphones, just CRANKING that outro, over and over, to hear randy just RIP it...GREAT stuff. what i wouldnt give to hear that full outro, at full volume, right to the end.
