I've got 160 180 185 185 uhmmmm damnet is this anything to be scared about.

pretty much. you can also put like 150lbs of air in at TDC via air compressor and see if your coolant bubbles - headgasket. or hear air from either the intake manifold or exaust manifold - valves.
