Hey guys... I just got my 94' celica ST and I freakin love it. Im also new to modding and improving car performance. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions? Im kinda on a tight budget cuz im paying for college and stuff. Thanks

400.... hmmmm... Well, you can get your intake, thats for sure.
There isn't a company that makes them, other than Injen, but thats a SRI. You can get a CAI (which is much better... sucks up cold air instead of hot air from inside the engine bay.) on eBay, so I'd hit up eBay and buy an intake. Or you can shop around in your area with exhaust shops and get a nice exhaust made up for that much. Many different possibilities. Good luck and welcome to the forums.
