 swapping a 5sfe to a 3sgte, how hard is it |

ok...i know this is a celica forum site but i could use some help. i wanted to swap a 3sgte head onto a 5sfe block in my 1991 mr2 but to my dismay everyone says its not worth it. So i wanna swap the motor completely but i wanna know how hard it is and what i will need to do. if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.
