Just over the last few days, I have noticed when driving over slightly rough road at a low speed, (i.e my driveway,) there is a squeak/creak from the front suspension. The car is lowered etc so it is a hard ride. I just wondered if that was a component needing greased or is it a sign of something on its way out....
Cheers guys 3sgte -------------------- ![]() |

Thanks Batman722, tried the silicon spray to the front and rear nuts that secure the strut to the mount, but sadly to no avail......
Its purely coming from the FRONT suspension, these squeeks and creaks, it has been pretty cold lately so that could be partly causing them. Just at low speeds when doing turns and driving slow on rough ground. What do you recommend to solve?? is it purely the front shocks needing grease etc?? If so how do i go about it? Thanks again 3sgte -------------------- ![]() |

Bad News mate, your car is GT-four, and it has the front suspension which none of these US friends have.
Find the topic about SuperStrut, it should be in this category. As superstrut gets old, it starts first squeeking and finally it turns to banging. -------------------- |
