in cali they are so strict on emissions and crap. he can only put a motor from cali that is the same year or newer otherwise it won't pass smog. that's why his only choice is a 94-95 mr2t. atleast that's how i understand it.
the law most everywhere is that you can put a motor from a car that is the same year or newer but most places aren't as strict on that crap. --------------------  Call me a traitor! See if I care. ;) |
