Removing window + mech How hard Options

i have got a new door shell and want to swap the the window and mech. is this going to be a hard job. any advice please

it isn't that bad
it is nice though to have someone help you hold the door.

i actually just did mine last week by myself, cause my old one was banged up from a crash


mmmmm, took me about 2-3hours to do it, and i was fooling around agood bit too.
