I have been trying now to almost get the most perfect idle for my 3s, its bascially there, but it jumps very slighty sometimes, i have it a 750 sitting near perfect most of the time, but i want to know what makes it jump up to 800 sometimes or even a little more then that, i have done timing, cap and rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, anything else can someone say to help my idle be perfect, thanks what are key things that make the idles perfect?

Do a boost leak test. You probably have a very small vac leak.
Keep in mind too that your idle will go up every time your fans come on or if you turn your steering wheel.
Proper idle should be about 800rpm.

And how would we go about doing this? I've been replacing vacuum hoses and IC couplers for 2 months but I'm pretty sure I haven't caught everything. Mine acts like his but a bit more extreme.

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
