I have a 95 3sgte that is going in my 96 celica st. I decided to go with a celica gt tranny and I got a ACT stage two racing cultch kit. My car is being worked on right now but the guys working on it weren't sure if it was ok to run that clutch with a stock 3s pressure plate. They said I may need an act pressure plate, the only problem with that is that they don't make one for this model. So, is it ok to run an act 4 puck clutch with a stock 3s pressure plate? Also they said to make this run right I would have to get an FMIC that runs pipes in and out on the drivers side or it won't work right. I got a FMIC that runs in on one side and out on the other. Is it better to run a same side FMIC or is it ok to run a regular FMIC with in and out on opposite sides?

Spec can make you a 3sgte kit with a 5sfe spline fitting.
