uhmm no idea.. but is it suppose to? i see peole say 750.... but mines like at 1000 :[

Most likely either the ISC valve is bad/gunked up or you have a small vacuum leak [for those of you with the 5S/7A].
It's also possible the ignition timing is off, or a bunch of other small things. If you really care, begin by checking the first two.
