hey im tryin to install an amp but i have a problem. everythin seems to be set up right but when i plug the 4 input plugs into the amp, there is no sound. there is only sound when the plugs are in only a litte bit. i tihnk its the ground connection but i really dont know,

What plugs are you talking about? RCA's? What are you wiring subs or your mids? If your playing with those 4 plugs and not the ground then i'd think its those plugs, but im not sure what ur talking about.
