 Rattling sound when turning |

Hi guys!
Well i sorta have a problem When I turn right like from the driveway, my car has this rattling sound. I dont know much about cars. What do you guys think seems to be the problem? how much will it cost me to repair it and will it be more if i dont get it repaired right away? Thanks -------------------- God made man....

A few questions for ya......
1st, is it only when you turn right? 2nd, is it just at low speeds? 3rd, is it more of a rattling sound or series of continuous pops/clicks? With most things, the longer you wait to fix something the worse it gets and can usually starts tearin up other things..... most of the time anyways --------------------  She's Alive...... Again!!!
