Rattling sound when turning

Well i sorta have a problem When I turn right like from the driveway, my car has this rattling sound. I dont know much about cars. What do you guys think seems to be the problem? how much will it cost me to repair it and will it be more if i dont get it repaired right away? Thanks -------------------- God made man.... With most things, the longer you wait to fix something the worse it gets and can usually starts tearin up other things..... most of the time anyways -------------------- She's Alive...... Again!!!
