yes, I've seen those spinning hubcaps your talking about, someguy with a late 80's civic had some outside my dorm. He wasn't around so I spun them, and laughed. then he walked over and said "yea how bout you not do that" and I said "where the f did you get those?" and he said "I work at pep boys" and I said "OMG" he also had new paint, intake and headers. no I dont know why anyone would spend any money on a 4 door civic from the stone age, but he also thought it was fast so asked me to race.
