Grinding feel right before you stop?

maddawg0 View Member Profile Enthusiast Joined Mar 6, '08 From Your moms house Currently Offline Reputation: 0 (0%)	Ok the brakes on my friends 98 celica gt are weird... before we replaced the pads, there was a nasty grinding sensation, even after they got new pads on there, the nasty grinding thing is still there... the rotors are new and good shape... a friend of mine looked at the calipers and said the master cylinder may be going out... what you guys think?
