You consider cats to be innocent? i think if any domesticated animal coould be considered malevolent it's those stinky bastards. Not saying what she did was right but I'm not gonna get all PETA about it either. Maybe you are the stinky bastard and thats why cats dont like you ![]() Not one of my many faults but thank you for the insite anyway ![]() Cat people are used to it and you may think you take good care of your cat and his/her litter box [and maybe you do] but us non-cat people can still smell it as soon as we walk in your house or get too close to you - regardless of how often you clean the cat or the litter box. Really . Just cause you can't smell it anymore doesn't mean it isn't there. Hence the title I gave them - stinky bastards. Secondly - cats have a serious attitude problem. I have no time in my life to care for an animal that neither provides a service [like home protection for example] nor feels any loyalty or devotion to it's master. Those of you who believe your cat is any of those things are fooling yourselves. I was kidding around first of all and if you want to get into a discussion about this i'm all for it. I clean my cats litter box every day. She has her own air freshener, and i use a good quality litter. You don't smell it. Sorry to disappoint you. As to your second paragraph- Maybe in YOUR experience cats have attitude problems. Cats were originally domesticated to provide a service to catch and kill vermin such as mice. I consider this a service. My cat does cat mice from time to time and when she does she brings them to me. Cats often bring their kill to their owner as a show of loyalty, or a gift. Bella (my cat) provides me with companionship. I think that is what most people are looking for when they adopt a pet not just some animal to provide service. I'm more then happy to continue this discussion if you have further OPINIONS that you'd like to share ![]() This post has been edited by ILuvMyCelica95: Mar 12, 2008 - 11:45 AM -------------------- Buy my Celica $2,500 - http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=76562&st=0
