trying to turn it on and all it does is flash and than shut off, did the fuse get burnt or something or is there something i am not doing right.

i tried to install a new head unit but it doesn't power on, so i plug in the factory and it doesn't turn on either. any info would be helpful thanks

Well done njccmd2002. Well done.

Kamax, this is what need to do. ^^^ If you dont wanna buy that one off of eaby, your local Wal*Mart will have em for about 5 bucks. I bought a Schorche brand harness. (however you spell that brand)

But seeing as you spliced thru your amp; it's possible that you have fried your head unit. I reccomend testing it direct to the battery.

Make sure you ground the black wire, and the red and yellow are wraped together when you give it positive power. lol.

heh head unit is fine =p, just the amp is fried i guess. tested it already so gonna just head to walmart and by the harness.
