So , what kind of car out there can be bought used for under 15k,that are reliable enough and have a minimum of 200 HP ??

He has already mentioned that he would not like a turbo MR2 as they are overpriced in his opinion. Rx7? he said reliable. (sorry i just had to go there, I really really do like Rx7's but you know...
 ).
