What's the story with adjusting the damper ? It's numbered 1 to 4. There's a plastic piece that you turn with a screwdriver to adjust but it doesn't stop when you turn it ? Doesn't seem right ?

that is very odd.
but who am i to say i've only come across one set of dampers  i'd still try to look for a manual. |
