ATTENTION As you can tell, we have started a new thread for this meet, since we finally have some official hotel info on the first post. Please ignore the other closed thread. It just made sense to start a new thread with good, accurate info. Sorry that there was a lapse in planning this thing. Jen was serious about it but then kind of has fallen out the scene on here lately. Jdg371 (Jasper) and I finally just took over.

So, playr (Dan) has stepped in and is helping Jasper and I too, mostly with the coordination of who is coming and their hotel status. Like he says, you are on your own to call these hotels! Please call them asap! Jdg and I will be updating this first post through Dan, in which we will mainly be adding more details about the activities suggested/planned beyond the Mt Trashmore Park main meet place. All three of us are from Virginia, and know the Virginia Beach area pretty good.

We look forward to making this a meet to remember for you!
