How would I mount my license plate nicely and in a good location without drilling onto the bumper. Maybe in the mouth or offset to the right. I'm trying not so much to put it covering the air dam totally. Perhaps a little overlapping half of the air dam and half of where it suppose to be.

Any suggestions?

I made a kit used to mount it a bit to the drive side and down, I used exsisting holes in the crash bar and a custom bracket. I can make another one again if you want, i think I gave my original set to Matt (95celicast) and I think there still on the yeliceli but it looks lower then when I had it.
