What is this engine? I've just come across it and am interested. I like that it is NOT boosted, right?? I have a 96 GT with the 5SFE. How do I get the 3SGE? Is it a standard swap? What else do I need and exactly what is it again?? I know there is a Gen 3 with 173 hp? Please clue me in...

![]() my 3S-GE (3rd gen) in my SS-II a bit of info has ACIS induction (changes the size of the intake runners from small to large, which improves high torque throughout rev range 'simular sound' to v-tech when high reving, but if you get bigger cams/ internal work you can keep the sound ![]() long cam degree and high lift, 2.0L, 16 valve, twin cam & gears, stock extrators, pretty good engine in my opinion ![]() 'obdII' what that on about? -------------------- |
