 Mounting W/I reservoir inside engine bay |

Does anyone else have an engine bay mounted reservoir and where it is mounted. Did you need to take any other systems out (EGR, charcoal canister etc).
I'm looking into getting a W/I system for my car, but can't seem to find a way to route lines from the trunk to the engine bay. That leaves me with mounting the reservoir inside the engine bay. I was looking around under the car and it seems there may be space behind the drivers side wheel fender. There is a black hard plastic/metal squarish box located there. What is this box for and can I take it out? |

Yes that is the box I was talking about. I remember it had something to do with the factory intake, but couldn't think of what it was called (resonator).
I guess I'll try to remove it and see if I can mount the tank/pump somewhere in there. |
