Does anyone else have an engine bay mounted reservoir and where it is mounted. Did you need to take any other systems out (EGR, charcoal canister etc).

I'm looking into getting a W/I system for my car, but can't seem to find a way to route lines from the trunk to the engine bay. That leaves me with mounting the reservoir inside the engine bay. I was looking around under the car and it seems there may be space behind the drivers side wheel fender. There is a black hard plastic/metal squarish box located there. What is this box for and can I take it out?

There is really not a whole lot of room in the engine bay. You COULD mount it under washer fluid tank, and use that same tank for your injection. But the best way to do it is to put it in the trunk. All you have to do is run the lines down the passengers side of the car under the door stills, and then go into the engine bay through the hole for the factory wiring harness.

Whatever you do, remember that your going to want a fairly big tank, and to have it someplace thats easy to fill and easy to check.
