So I ordered these a month ago for $182 shipped:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=160209165898 And got these from UPS yesterday: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/KYB-AGX-SHO...tem160220501911 Both auctions list the Nissan part numbers but I didn't find that out until today. The AGX shocks also go for about $400 shipped. What should I do? Sell the AGXs and buy the GR2s and make almost $200 or send them back and wait another month for them to get the order right? -------------------- ![]() Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

But they didn't sell him the wrong part, he failed as a consumer to do his homework and verify that the part number he was ordering was in fact the correct part number for his car. The company made the error by describing the application of the part number incorrectly. But it's the consumer's responsibility to make sure they're buying the right thing.
Personally, I'd contact the company, explain the situation, make sure they know the application description is incorrect, and ask for an exchange with a refund for the difference. I don't see how that'll take any longer than selling them and re-ordering and waiting for shipping. In fact it might even take less time than that. -------------------- ![]() |
