car upgrade Options

So i was browsing around the local classifieds and saw a sick IS300 with the altezza grill and badges. it's a black 02 with a standard Tranny (very hard to find btw) for 13000. it has a sweet system in it already.
Pros- RWD, Lexus, Manual, NA supra motor, sick sound system, leather interior.
Cons- it's 13grand, has 115k mi, have to get rid of the celi.

if i did get it the only mods i would do is rims and lower.
what do you guys think?

test drove one today and i have to say that the automatic sucks.
people say that the tiptronic is like a manual. i say they obviously haven't driven a manual. there is too much lag. i'm going to look for a manual and see if i can get one for a decent price. otherwise i'm going to get an older 4runner to use as a second car while the celi gets turbo.
