 Fix A dent, can someone tell me how to take off the panel to fix a dent |

a shopping cart hit my car and now i have a dent right next to the light on the passenger panel.....is it hard to take off that panel?

I cant tell how bad ur dent is but I have a suction cup in my car 4 that reason. $2.99 at auto zone.
