Ground the Neg on the cap, then bring up a positive line off your battery (with the car running.) use the included resistor to make this line:

Cap-->Resistor--> positive line off battery (with car running)

if it has a digital display then wait till it hits 12-13 Volts. Otherwise, multimeter. biggrin.gif

Should take about 5-10 min. Good Luck! smile.gif
