hm.. ok... i thought so... crap... i think mine died on me... is there a way to check for sure?

i just tried to take my car out of storage... but my car dies right away on me when i try to start it, rpms jsut drop to zero right when it turns on.

i can start it by giving it some gas... but then as soon as i let go, dies again...

then i realized i didn't hear the normal whine of my walbro...

hvn't hearf of too many walbros failing either... which kinda sux for me =/

If that means you can keep it running indefinitely with the gas pedal partially depressed, more than likely, you have a very large vacuum/boost leak or problem with the AFM. Are there any codes?

Another possibility, depending on how your swap was wired, would be the fuel pump relays hi and low settings. Try bridging FP and +B at the diagnostic box and see if that fixes it.
