hey guys as some of you know i will be taking the cars down to savannah for another swap, and i was wondering where i can find additional polyurethane inserts, but for control arm bushings. I learned my lesson last time when i found that my rubber bushings were worn, and having a 3s just accelerated this. I know for a fact that i need new bushings and i DO NOT want to go through toyota. (they dont sell the bushings separate and will tell you that the whole control arm is needed o get the bushing.)
can anyone point me in the right direction? where else should i be putting polyurethane inserts (besides the motor, will be talking to kirkosaurus soon) I read somewhere that some people just shot some polyurethane from home depot into the bushing area, but cant find that post. CHEERS! thanks! ![]() -------------------- |

i don't know anyone who makes a bushing kit for our cars.
But you might beable to contact prothane.com and see if they can find or make a kit for you. from what i've seen, installing after market control arm bushings are a pain to install. You need to melt the old bushing out and press the new ones in. |
