I have to vent Options

Last week was very interesting to say the least. One day I go to my car and I find her like this:




They took my wiper blades (one was a crappy summer blade and one was a winter blade off my truck) they also took my 4 blinker housings and my crappy HUB CAPS... Plus if you look closely I got a parking ticket.

It's not too bad though because i have the stock parts still and i bought new wiper blades... hub caps are pointless because my rims go on in a month so I'm just glad they didn't vandalize the celi.

Days later, (keep in mind I've had ACL surgery in both knees already) I twist my knee after practice just shooting around last week and i only feel bones shifting and no pain... so I'm fine right? I play in a game over in maine on saturday and my knee grinds again... I run off the field in my knee brace and I don't feel any pain which id why I felt like I was fine. I got tested today and I don't have an ACL. But whats really weird this time around is that since I had a cadaver ligament tear instead of my own ligament this time around, it was painless. So now that I'm graduating in may, should I really get another acl or just live without one?

Thanks for everyones wishes and support. I play lacrosse and since I've lost 3 ACL's in 4 years to it, I think its about time to retire.

But people live their whole lives without an ACL and my new girlfriend hasn't had an ACL for 5 years now so its definitely do-able. Since the ACL I tore came from a Cadaver (dead guy) I tore it without pain. I actually tore it sometime last week and didn't realize it. So I can still do everyday things and some sports.....like straight line sports such as running and biking

My parents health insurance will completely cover the 26k+ surgery if I get it done before I graduate since I'm still a student but I'm going to brazil 5 days after graduation so surgery will most likely wait till I get a job and use their health benefits.

As for the car, theres only one other celica around the area and its driven by a young kid with front end damage and since the parts they stole off my front end are celica specific (put 2 and 2 together)... I have every friend on campus and in town with their eyes open. Even craigslist and ebay have been checked.

The reason why i parked the car like I did was because another car first parked semi close to the sign and due to a snow pile I couldn't fit my car in so I put half of my ass end on the sign.... no tickets for 4 days btw... then i get a ticket out of the blue and my cars missing parts.

I like the comment though on getting a half priced ticket

EDIT: Anyone got clear corners they want to give me a deal on?
