 passenger side vent |

Hey guys i'm doing some painting on my interior and i want to paint the passenger side vent but i cant get it out. all the other vents popped out and i'm a little scared to give it to much force cause i dont want to break anything. so is there a trick to getting this one out or should i just pry it out?

i used a flat screwdiver each side and prised up tip put something under driver to protect dash but there tight but will go
