Hey guys i'm doing some painting on my interior and i want to paint the passenger side vent but i cant get it out. all the other vents popped out and i'm a little scared to give it to much force cause i dont want to break anything. so is there a trick to getting this one out or should i just pry it out?

like they, today was the 2nd time i had to take it out and want too again pita!!!!!! lol
